Perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting test area Group Leaders and the department. This includes but is not limited to ensuring test sample information entered into LIMS aligns with the correct test requirements prior to scheduling testing. Procure maintain and monitor inventory of materials consumables and equipment needed for testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
- Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Demonstrates strong client service skills teamwork and collaboration
- Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
- Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Review compare and confirm entered sample requirements against established test parameters and specifications identifying discrepancies and coordinating with department teams to resolve issues prior to scheduling
- Add acceptable test samples and information to test area schedule
- Procure materials and consumables used in department
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery or quality
- Develop procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues or process gaps
- Communicates effectively with department teams
- Communicates effectively with client staff members
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Ability to work in the US without immediate or potential future sponsorship
- Science background preferred
Additional Information :
Working schedule will be Full-Time First Shift Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required. This position is NOT remote.
