• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers regarding product specifications applications and installation requirements.
• Review customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions based on technical needs.
• Conduct technical research and analysis to support product applications and improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation product information and reference materials for internal teams and clients.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers partners and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss technical requirements solutions and project implementation.
• Provide training or guidance on product usage installation and best practices when required.
• Assist in evaluating cost-efficient solutions and alternative product applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during project implementation or technical activities.
• Support product promotion and provide technical assistance before and after project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and must be licensed/registered.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support engineering or product applications is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications systems and product applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of technical design tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and mathematical skills.
