In this role you will gain handson exposure toL2 operations building a deep understanding of realworld processes from the ground up. Ondesk experience is essentialyoull learn how things truly work before transforming them. Using these insights you will design and develop intelligent automation solutions that progressively evolve Service Desk/L1/L2 into a fully agentic AIdriven modelour ultimate vision. By being directly involved in daytoday operations youll be empowered to create smarter more effective automation that solves real problems delivers measurable impact and drives innovation at scale.

What will your job look like

  • You will work in the operations and application support team ticket management vendor coordination and call handling. Resolves issue collaboration and add value through participation in peer code reviews provide comments and suggestions and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals. With this shifting schedule is needed during deployment etc. and on-call support in rotation as required.
  • You will design develop modify debug and/or maintain software code according to functional non-functional and technical design specifications.
  • You will follow Amdocs software engineering standards applicable software development methodology and release processes to ensure code is maintainable scalable and supportable and demo the software products to stakeholders.
  • You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code provide fixes and workarounds and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
  • You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
  • You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation continuous improvement and efficiency in all assigned tasks.


All you need is...

  • Bachelors degree holder in any Computer Science Engineering and IT-related field.
  • 2 yrs. of relevant work experience as SW Engineer/developer- Java.
  • Working knowledge and/or experience in programming languages like JAVA/C React Unix SQL Shell/ Perl Scripting.
  • Technical Experience on Python Cloud Automation GenAI Database.
  • Good-to-have technical skills: MERN CI/CD Gitlab confluence Grafana JIRA Oracle postgresArgoCDCI/CDConfluenceDockerGCPGitlabGitOpsGrafanaGsuiteInfluxDBJIRAKubernetesMongo.
  • Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Preferably with Telecommunications background and experience
  • Willing to work on shifting/rotational schedule.
  • Willing to work on a Dayshift Hybrid set up (3x per week) in BGC Taguig City
  • Available for Local Hiring only (Philippines).
