Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: 12 months mobilisation. Army/Regular Reserve post some travel and overnight duty will be required. Potential for short visits overseas.

Position Role: SO1 Op FORCEFUL is the principal G3/5 staff officer responsible for Army Reserve Op FORCEFUL activities across 3XX.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning of Army Reserve Op FORCEFUL activities across Fd Army Troops including exercise designand conduct SOR generation bookings resources budgets and SRM.
2. Coordinate Fd Army Troops subordinate formation activities to ensure a coherent and deliverable plan is developed.
3. Act as the primary POC within the HQ for Army Reserve Op FORCEFUL activities ensuring regular communication and coordination with HQ Field Army and peer formations.
4. Identify and manage Risks Issues and Opportunities to ensure successful delivery of Op FORCEFUL activities.
5. Provide support to the wider HQ and projects as required.

AUGMENTATION TO MISSION READINESS TRAINING CENTRE (MRTC) BASSINGBOURN
Army Reserve Mobilisation (DAOTO) for a variety of Pte/LCpl/Cpl posts to join the team at MRTC to support the provision of training (iMST and PDT) required for SQEP IAs (suitably qualified individuals) who attend MRTC in preparation for deployments on UK and overseas operations.
