Job Summary

Position Role: SO1 Implementation will drive the timely delivery of design recommendations following the review of the Army Reserve Reinforcement Group (ARRG) on behalf of the Army.

1.Understand ongoing People change initatives occurring at Defence sS HLB BLB and 1* level (including ongoing APC optimisation activity in line with Pj IRONSIDE) which contribute to a critical mass of change in the delivery of Army Reserve employment models and Career Management.

2. Engage and influence key internal and external stakeholders to drive review recommendations.

3. Draft and shape new legislation and policy in line with key stakeholders to drive review recommendations.

4. In line with existing programmes and formations lead on the design and delivery of a centrally managed digital data hub from which employers can seek to employ Reserve SP skills and competences.

5. Collaborate with Arms and Services to set the conditions of transfer of ARRG 3 to Regt HQ.

6. Support the delivery of an appropriate communications plan to set the conditions for change.

7. Identify workforce resource solutions (within current headcount) to set the conditions for change.

8. Deliver ARRG review recommendations to implementation within bounded timelines.
