Job Summary
Position Role:
Development of joint concepts to shape Defences future.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote an inclusive culture within DCDC working to increase understanding and engagement through education and initiative.
2. Lead and project manage discrete projects to inform develop and generate Defence level concepts including the generation of financial resource bids and supervision of spending profiles.
3. Conduct regular national and international stakeholder engagement up to 1* level across Defence PAG and the S&T industry and academic communities.
4. Contribute to the authorship of joint concept publications at post-graduate level.
5. Provide generalist and specialist input to joint and single Service concept development team outputs.
6. Deputise for AH Concepts in areas of responsibility at national and international committees working groups advisory panels conferences and presentations.
7. Contribute to cross-DCDC bespoke projects and document reviews as required.
8. Act as primary interlocutor for Concepts with the Futures Directorate in Army HQ.
