- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests and provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure that all front desk operations are carried out efficiently and in line with the hotels standards
- Assist with administrative duties including phone calls emails and reservation management
- Manage guest accounts and payments accurately
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from Communication Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a welcoming and guest-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in hotel management software (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
