Job Summary

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences We are looking for a friendly proactive and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team and become the face of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm professional manner
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries complaints and requests promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate special requests and ensure VIP guests receive outstanding service
  • Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction scores

Qualifications :

 Requirements:

  • Degree or background in Hospitality Tourism or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with a guest-first approach
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with hotel management software such as Opera is a plus
