- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing and communications strategies that support the hotels brand positioning business goals and public image.
- Manage all media relations advertising promotions and publication materials to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with corporate standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales F&B and Talent & Culture initiatives through effective communication tools and campaigns.
- Act as the hotels liaison to external media and community partners including handling crisis communications and public relations opportunities.
- Lead the MarCom team to deliver creative timely and impactful content across print digital and event-based platforms.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relation or 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
