Civil Engineer (2026 Graduate Program)

What youll be doing:
Project Involvement:Participate in the planning design and execution of bridge and civil structure projects from inception to completion.
Innovative Design:Utilize cutting-edge software and tools to create innovative and efficient structural designs.
Technical Development:Assist in the development of technical expertise and solutions for complex engineering problems.
BIM Development:Develop and enhance your Building Information Modelling (BIM) skills including the use of advanced software.
Site Inspections:Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure the quality and safety of structures.
Client Interaction:Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support the wider team in developing tailored solutions.
Report Preparation:Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering reports and documentation.
Project Management:Support project management activities including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
Compliance:Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant standards regulations and safety requirements.
Continuous Learning:Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

What were looking for:
Academic:A class 2.1 or above BEng (or higher) in Civil / Structural Engineering
Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles including the use of software like AutoCAD MIDAS CIVIL and BIM tools. Visual scripting skills are advantageous.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients stakeholders and team members.
Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design and compliance with safety standards.
Team Collaboration:Ability to work effectively in a team environment contributing to the success of collaborative projects.
Adaptability:Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies methods and industry trends.
