Adobe Firefly is the industrys premier generative AI media model designed to be safe for commercial use. It is now expanding beyond static imagery into high-fidelity Video and deep ecosystem Extensibility empowering enterprises to generate on-brand content at scale wherever they work.

The Opportunity

Join Adobes boldest investment in generative AI as the Director of Product Management for Firefly Enterprise.

This is a dual-mandate role for a seasoned product leader. You will define the product strategy for two critical growth engines:

Firefly Video: Bringing our innovative Generative Video models to enterprise workflows enabling marketers and creatives to generate edit and localize video assets at scale. Extensibility: Shaping how Firefly integrates into the broader enterprise ecosystemdriving our strategy for Plugins (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Figma) and APIs that allow businesses to build custom apps on top of our models.

This opportunity is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of media technology (specifically video) platform strategy and enterprise SaaS.

What Youll Do

• Strategic Leadership (Video & Extensibility): Define the long-term product vision and strategy for Fireflys Enterprise Video offerings and our Extensibility platform. You will identify high-value enterprise use cases for generative video and prioritize the APIs/SDKs needed to win the ecosystem war.

• Leadership & Coaching: Lead mentor and grow a team of Product Managers fostering their development into world-class product leaders who can navigate complex technical domains.

• Collaborator Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering Directors Compose leaders and fellow Product Directors in the US and Europe to ensure seamless alignment. You will be the bridge between the Core Model teams and the Enterprise Workflow teams.

• Ecosystem & Partnership Model: Define the product requirements for key third-party integrations (e.g. Microsoft Google Slack) and internal Adobe integrations (Express Premiere Pro AEM) ensuring Firefly is everywhere work happens.

• Org Impact & Scale: Champion the India product teams capabilities working to expand their ownership of critical business lines like Video and Developer Platforms within the global organization.

• Strategic Contribution: Serve as a thought partner influencing the broader Digital Media strategy particularly on how multimodal AI (Video Audio) changes the enterprise content supply chain.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• 18 years of professional experience with at least 12 years in Product Management leadership roles.

• Video / Media Domain Expertise: Proven experience building products in the video animation or multimedia space. You understand the complexities of video workflows (codecs rendering timeline editing) and the needs of enterprise video producers.

• Platform & Extensibility Experience: Track record of building API-first products Developer Platforms or Ecosystem integrations. You understand how to build products that other developers build upon.

• Enterprise SaaS Success: Proven success building and scaling Enterprise products across global markets with a deep understanding of security governance and brand control requirements.

• Exceptional Leadership: Ability to inspire trust and alignment across senior leaders engineering design and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Strong executive presence is a requirement.

• A passion for innovation: A drive to craft the future of work specifically how Generative AI will transform video production and software interoperability.
