Your role as a Retail Sales Specialist:
You will be responsible for enhancing customer experience and providing exceptional customer service within the showroom. Identify customer needs provide expert guidance on product selection and usage and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can resolve complaints effectively while contributing to increased sales growth and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional frontline service by engaging customers understanding their requirements and providing timely assistance.
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Manage the sales desk handle financial transactions and balance the cash desk daily.
- Guide customers through available product ranges and actively drive in-store sales.
- Introduce promotions and cross-sell or upsell products to increase purchase amounts.
- Provide technical knowledge on product specifications applications and proper usage.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
- Identify and mitigate security risks including theft prevention within the showroom.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Showroom/Sales Manager or Retail Sales Supervisor.

- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in retail sales operations and processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
