Job Responsibilities
The Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating borrower creditworthiness and supporting responsible lending decisions through in-depth financial analysis. This role focuses on balancing risk control with business growth by ensuring high-quality credit assessments compliance and portfolio monitoring within a consumer lending environment.
Evaluate borrower profiles using financial data credit reports and documentation.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Monitor portfolio performance and key risk indicators.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports.
Contribute to improving credit models and processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related discipline.
Approximately 2–3 years of experience in credit analysis preferably in unsecured or consumer lending.
Experience in credit analysis or risk management (preferably unsecured lending).
Strong analytical and financial assessment skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
