Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute eCommerce media planning strategies across marketplace platforms such as Shopee TikTok Shop and Lazada to support traffic conversion and GMV growth.
  • Plan and optimize SKU visibility product assortment and campaign placements to maximize share of search and marketplace discoverability.
  • Manage media investment allocation across key channels including search ads display ads affiliate and live streaming to improve platform performance efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as impressions CTR CPC ROAS conversion rate and GMV contribution.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify consumer trends peak shopping periods and category opportunities for better planning and budget allocation.
  • Analyze platform and campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and performance recaps to evaluate effectiveness and support future planning strategies.
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends platform algorithm changes and emerging eCommerce features to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Management Communications or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in eCommerce planning media planning performance marketing or digital marketing (agency or brand side).
  • Familiar with marketplace advertising ecosystems including Shopee Ads TikTok Shop Ads Lazada Sponsored Solutions and digital media platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and media performance metrics including GMV ROAS traffic conversion rate CTR CPC and new buyer acquisition.
  • Comfortable working with data dashboards and performance reports to derive insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical thinking communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proactive adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
