Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Exec/Snr Exec/AM to join our team focusing on the design and development of inflight amenities. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the end-to-end customer experience by delivering high-quality innovative and functional amenities that align with our brand standards
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development
- Conceptualize design and develop inflight amenities including but not limited to sleepwear bedding amenity kits and toiletries.
- Ensure projects meet desirability viability and feasibility criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to bring concepts to life.
- Project Management
Manage multiple projects from concept through to production and delivery.
Develop and adhere to project timelines ensuring milestones are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including properties procurement operations and other BUs to ensure cohesive and comprehensive project execution.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay updated with industry trends materials and technologies.
- Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of design processes specifications and project progress.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
- Other Projects:
Involvement in strategic projects to evaluate policies and commercials related to inflight amenities
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelors degree
- Experience in product design and development preferably within the airline or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with design standards and procurement processes. - Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
