Make an Impact by:
- Validate service requests using structured verification checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of order inputs
- Decompose complex requests using order classification methods to enable correct order creation pathways
- Create service orders in ECOM using defined workflows to ensure timely provisioning
- Establish project billing and circuit ties using system linkages to maintain end-to-end service integrity
- Acknowledge customer requests via structured communication templates to confirm receipt and timelines
- Amend orders and committed ready dates (CRD) using change control processes to reflect updated requirements
- Configure customer and billing accounts using CRM/ECOM systems to enable accurate service activation and invoicing
- Update customer account attributes using data maintenance protocols to ensure records accuracy (e.g. name address identifiers)
- Collaborate with Sales Credit Management and Number Management using cross-functional coordination to resolve order dependencies
