Job Summary

About the Role Our client a leading 5-star hotel in Singapore is seeking an F&B Service Executive to support outlet operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist the Outlet Manager in daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Monitor reservation status and coordinate with the culinary team
Plan and arrange staffing to meet business requirements
Ensure outlet setup cleanliness and readiness before each service period
Maintain LQA service standards and Service Promise compliance
Manage guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures
Oversee stock requisition and operation equipment usage
Comply with hygiene food safety and Fairmont corporate guidelines
Assist with F&B promotions and special function planning

Requirements

Minimum 1 year in an F&B management role
Experience in a comparable 5-star hotel environment
Diploma in Hospitality Management
Mandarin language proficiency required (to serve Mandarin-speaking guests)
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Service-oriented with attention to detail
