Regional Project Controls Senior Manager
Job Summary
Capital Planning & Estimating
- Support annual capital planning including development of new project candidate data.
- Prepare parametric cost estimates and highlevel project timelines.
- Coordinate crossfunctional budget inputs (e.g. technology).
- Maintain consolidated capital plan and supporting data.
Governance & Integration
- Align project controls activities with established governance policies and stagegate delivery processes.
- Use mandated templates systems and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with cost managers to ensure consistency between project and program reporting.
Integrated Planning & Scheduling
- Develop integrated resourceloaded baseline schedules.
- Establish baseline performance metrics for scope cost schedule and quality.
- Support programlevel tracking and reporting.
Cost Management & Reporting
- Monitor costs commitments forecasts and variances against approved budgets.
- Consolidate cost schedule and risk data for dashboards and reports.
- Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Review estimates bids change orders and payment applications as required.
Risk & Performance Management
- Maintain project risk and opportunity registers.
- Track mitigation actions and performance against targets.
- Prepare periodic performance and progress reports.
Project CloseOut
- Support financial closeout and final reporting.
- Complete postproject performance analysis.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline (e.g. Construction Engineering Project Management Quantity Surveying).
- 10 years experience in project controls cost management or capital project delivery.
- Strong expertise in capital planning estimating scheduling and cost reporting.
- Experience with multiregion real estate or large capital programs.
- Proficiency with project controls systems dashboards and Excelbased models.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
