HRSI is looking for Assistant Manager HR for one of its leading client in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition: job postings shortlisting interviews onboarding.
- Manage employee relations: grievances conflict resolution counseling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Support policy development implementation and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training & development programs performance appraisal cycles.
- Generate HR reports track metrics (attrition turnover engagement).
- Liaise with senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
- MBA/MS in HR/MHRM (or relevant masters). BBA/BSc CIPD/HR certifications acceptable with strong experience.
- 34 years progressive HR experience (mid-size org preferred).
- Solid grasp of Pakistan labor laws (PITB EOBI etc.).
- Proficient in HRMS tools (Zoho People BambooHR or similar).
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
