Job Summary

HRSI is looking for Assistant Manager HR for one of its leading client in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition: job postings shortlisting interviews onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations: grievances conflict resolution counseling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support policy development implementation and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate training & development programs performance appraisal cycles.
  • Generate HR reports track metrics (attrition turnover engagement).
  • Liaise with senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

  • MBA/MS in HR/MHRM (or relevant masters). BBA/BSc CIPD/HR certifications acceptable with strong experience.
  • 34 years progressive HR experience (mid-size org preferred).
  • Solid grasp of Pakistan labor laws (PITB EOBI etc.).
  • Proficient in HRMS tools (Zoho People BambooHR or similar).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
