Job Summary
How youll make an impact:
Responsible for understanding the business drivers for supporting preparation of budget ;
Consolidate and prepare budget;
Conduct variance analysis between budget estimates forecasts and actual results clearly communicating any gaps for prompt action;
Use data-driven analytics to challenge forecasts estimates and targets focusing on operational drivers;
Analyze Financial Statements - Cash Flow Income and Balance Sheet;
Forecast materials for presentations and business commentaries;
Provide support to stakeholders for all business reviews during the planning cycles;
Participate and support Monthly & Quarterly Financial closing activities;
Ensure conformity to financial standards and practices.
Skills that make your work successful:
You have B2-C1 French language skills;
You have B1-B2 English language skills;
You have Bachelors Degree;
Up to 3-5 years experience in finance and accounting;
Ability to anticipate identify resolve and communicate financial issues;
Analytical thinking ability to perform good data analysis and to assess problems;
Ability to organize analyse prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision;
Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables VLOOKUP and Macros);
You are a team-player;
You can solve urgent matters;
You are reliable and proactive.
