Customer Care with Hungarian

The contract will be for a fixed period of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Location: Full remote work

Schedule: 4 days work 2 days off

Day shift: 9:00-19:00 ( 1:30 h break)

Night shift: 19:00-05:00 ( 1:30 h break)

Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers by phone or e-mail regarding their feedback about the companys services;

• Resolving complaints and challenges from customers redirecting the situation to the head of the department or another department when necessary;

• Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook Instagram);

• Review Hunter searching and responding to comments or reviews posted on the internet.

Requirements:

• No experience is required though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage;

• Romanian and Hungarian at an advanced level (written and spoken). Knowledge of the English language is a plus.

• You should like talking to people (by phone and e-mail) it should be easy for you to talk to your new colleague.

• Enjoy interacting with customers even the difficult ones.

• Be patient to explain and help even the one who understands more difficult.

• To know what the sense of duty means to be calm only when you know that you have finished your work.

• You are self-motivated you get over a failure quickly you just learn the lesson.
