As the founding Customer Success hire (Employee #1 or #2) you will own the entire customer journey for senior property professionals at major commercial real estate firms. Working directly with the co-founders you will transform manual Excel-based modeling into streamlined AI workflows while building the companys account management playbook from scratch.

What you will do:

Partner with the product team to translate customer feedback into new AI features directly influencing the technical roadmap of the platform.
The ideal candidate:
1-4 years of experience in customer success account management or consulting ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from zero rather than just following existing playbooks or rigid corporate structures.
Exceptional communication skills with the professional gravitas required to build trust and manage relationships with senior commercial real estate stakeholders.
