Position: Airport Ground Staff (Freshers) Company: Bluespirit Location: Lucknow Uttar Pradesh India Contract Details: Full-time Job Description: Bluespirit is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our team you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring smooth operations at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in passengers at the airport counter - Assist passengers with their baggage and guide them through the boarding process - Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure the timely departure and arrival of flights - Assist with boarding procedures and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Fluent in English and Hindi knowledge of other languages is a plus - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
