We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As an Airport Ground Staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the airport. Your main responsibility will be to assist and provide services to passengers including check-in baggage handling and boarding. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the airport premises. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process - Handle passenger baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules boarding procedures and airport facilities - Assist passengers with special needs such as elderly or disabled individuals and ensure their comfort and safety - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the airport terminal including restrooms waiting areas and boarding gates - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other airport staff including security personnel and airline crew to ensure a safe and efficient operation - Adhere to all airport and airline regulations and procedures - Handle any emergency situations that may arise following proper protocols and procedures - Continuously update and maintain knowledge of airline policies procedures and services - Handle cash transactions for excess baggage fees and other services provided by the airline Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Basic computer skills - Fluency in English both written and verbal - Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays - Previous experience in the airline or hospitality industry is preferred but not required If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service we would love to have you join our team as an Airport Ground Staff.
