Job Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our ground staff team at the Pune airport. As a member of the ground staff you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle inquiries and provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other airport services - Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during boarding and deplaning - Conduct security screenings and follow all safety protocols - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure a smooth operation - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all company policies and procedures - Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be based on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background check and pass a security clearance.
