Staff Java Engineer Full Stack

• Architect design and develop scalable high-performance backend systems using Java and AWS.
• Build and maintain cloud-native microservices and API-driven platforms (REST/GraphQL).
• Contribute to end-to-end solution design across backend services and frontend integrations.
• Ensure system reliability performance scalability and observability in production.
• Collaborate with Product Business and cross-functional teams on solution design and delivery.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Work with frontend teams to define API contracts and integration patterns.
• Ensure stable production operations with focus on uptime performance and reliability.
• Contribute to engineering standards best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• 8 to 10 years of software development experience with strong Java backend expertise.
• Strong experience in Java Spring Boot Microservices and API development.
• Experience with AWS (Lambda S3 DynamoDB ECS/EKS or similar services).
• Good understanding of distributed systems event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka/SQS).
• Strong knowledge of data design and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build tools and version control (Jenkins Git Docker).
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit TDD Cucumber performance testing tools).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk Datadog etc.).
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of software design principles patterns and secure coding practices.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Ability to collaborate with frontend teams and understand UI/API integration.
• Familiarity with SPA concepts and API-driven UI integrations.
