Job Summary
- Deal with matters pertaining to IPR trademarks and copyrights in high court and supreme court
- Prepare briefs on cases.
- Prepare replies for legal notices
- Gather evidences of cases /IPR cases
- Prepare various Agreements Contracts and Written Statements
- Prepare drafts of various legal notices
- Prepare briefs on cases involving IPR Prosecution and litigation matters
- Must be enrolled in the Bar council specializing in handling IPR cases
- File IPR cases in courts related toprosecution opposition litigation
- Attend hearings in courts on behalf of the firms clients
- LLM/LLB from a reputed college specializing in handling IPR cases
- Enrolled in the Bar council
- Good understanding of Legal research and analytical procedures.
- Proactive learner eager to learn new procedures and techniques.
- Good listener and have the ability to effectively analyse complex issues. Strong ability to work under pressure and meeting difficult client deadlines.
- An innovative and flexible team player who takes initiatives and lead the team.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Responsibility driven and ready to work hard.
- Proficient in developing excellent professional relationships with colleagues.
- Proficient in organizing work and resolving problems that may arise in day to day tasks. Proficient to work in a process oriented working environment.
- Managing legal aspects of the organization
- Ability to make quick legal decisions for business matters Ability to implement employee benefits and incentives programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
