Job Description: We are currently hiring freshers for the position of Airport Ground Staff. As a part of the ground staff team you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of airport services. Your primary role will be to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and secure environment for all passengers and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting and welcoming passengers and assisting them with check-in baggage drop and other airport procedures. - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules boarding gates and other airport facilities. - Conducting security checks and screening of passengers and their baggage. - Assisting passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly or disabled passengers. - Handling and resolving customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner. - Ensuring the safety and security of the airport premises by monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities. - Coordinating with other airport staff including ground crew cabin crew and airline officials to ensure a smooth operation. - Maintaining accurate records of passenger information and flight details. Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems and procedures. - Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
