As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers as well as providing efficient service to airlines. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Perform security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities - Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal - Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: - Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Customer service oriented - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Basic computer knowledge - Willingness to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance. Location: The position is based in Vadodara Gujarat India. However candidates must be willing to relocate to other locations as per the companys requirements.
