We are currently looking for freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations. Your main duties will include: 1. Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas. 2. Helping passengers with their luggage and providing them with necessary information and assistance. 3. Checking boarding passes passports and other travel documents to ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations. 4. Assisting passengers with special needs such as elderly or disabled individuals. 5. Handling flight reservations cancellations and changes. 6. Coordinating with other airport staff including security personnel ground crew and airline staff to ensure timely and efficient operations. 7. Responding to passenger inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. 8. Maintaining a clean and organized airport environment. 9. Ensuring compliance with safety and security standards at all times. 10. Performing other duties as assigned by airport management. Requirements: 1. Minimum educational qualification of 102 or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong customer service orientation. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Basic computer knowledge. 6. Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. 7. Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage. 8. Prior experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package and benefits. You will be required to work 6 days a week with one day off. The contract will be for a period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
