As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of safety and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival areas. 2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other relevant information. 3. Check and verify passenger tickets and travel documents. 4. Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding procedures. 5. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the airport and its facilities. 6. Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure timely and efficient operations. 7. Handle passenger complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. 8. Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities and incidents at the airport. 9. Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft. 10. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the airport terminal and facilities. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport operations. 6. Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. 7.
