Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Front Desk this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests at the front desk of our airport location. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person - Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests - Process reservations and manage room assignments - Provide information about the company and its services to guests - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and record keeping - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass with excellent communication and customer service skills - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test - Must have a professional appearance and demeanor Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays. The contract will be for a period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
