Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineerto design implement and maintain scalable secure and high-performing systems that enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying product updates troubleshooting production issues automating operational processes and implementing customer-driven integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy product updates patches and bug fixes in production environments
  
  
• Implement customer-requested integrations with internal and external systems
  
  
• Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve production incidents
  
  
• Perform root cause analysis for system and application issues
  
  
• Build automation tools and scripts to reduce errors and improve efficiency
  
  
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  
  
• Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
  
  
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes
  
  
• Configure and manage databases including performance tuning and optimization
  
  
• Handle database configurations backups and security best practices
  
  
• Manage SSL/TLS certificate validation and renewal processes
  
  
• Design and maintain monitoring logging and visualization solutions
  
  
• Troubleshoot and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services
  
  
• Manage Azure instances (VMs) networking and storage configurations
  
  
• Work with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity and access management
  
  
• Design and document procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  
  

Requirements & Skills

• 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Python or Ruby or Any Programming Language
  
  
• Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform Ansible and Jenkins
  
  
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  
  
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure including Azure instances networking and cloud services
  
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)for identity management
  
  
• Strong understanding of database management SQL and configuration
  
  
• Experience in certificate management and validation (SSL/TLS)
  
  
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
  
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  
  
• BSc in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
