Profile:Sales Engineer-Industrial-Maharashtra-8.4 LPA

Experience:

• 2-6 years experience in technical sales / industrial sales

• Experience selling engineering products industrial equipment automation systems or technical solutions

Salary: 60k to 70k

Roles:

• Drive sales growth in the Maharashtra region by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Acquire new customers in the industrial and engineering sectors and expand the companys regional market presence.

• Promote and sell the companys technical products and engineering solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Achieve assigned monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits.

• Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate engineering solutions or products.

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals quotations and product presentations.

• Follow up on leads manage the sales pipeline and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering production and logistics to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

• Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to customers regarding product selection and application.

• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports for management.

• Participate in industry events exhibitions and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support after-sales coordination when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Instrumentation Engineering

• Industrial Engineering

• Or related engineering field

MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing is added advantage.
