Offshore Production Engineer

Job Title : Offshore Production Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead offshore production engineering activities to optimize production reliability and asset performance.
  
• Drive advanced production surveillance by tracking KPIs losses and system performance across wells and facilities.
  
• Diagnose complex well and facility issues using data analysis trends and engineering models.
  
• Perform and interpret PTA/RTA studies to assess reservoir and well performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Build and maintain integrated well network and facility models for optimization and decision-making.
  
• Support and evaluate well stimulation programs (candidate selection design inputs post-job analysis).
  
• Analyze waterflood performance and recommend field-level and well-level optimization actions.
  
• Develop and enhance dashboards surveillance tools and data workflows for continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with operations subsurface and asset teams to standardize workflows and share best practices.
  
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and reviews.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and operational integrity standards.
  
• Drive issue escalation risk identification and resolution with clear technical recommendations.

Requisites

• Bachelors degree in Petroleum Chemical Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
  
• Strong expertise in production engineering fundamentals (well performance nodal analysis constraints).
  
• Hands-on experience in production surveillance optimization and system diagnostics.
  
• Knowledge of well stimulation techniques and post-treatment evaluation.
  
• Proficiency in PTA/RTA analysis and interpretation.
  
• Experience with integrated production modeling tools (e.g. OFM Kappa IPM or similar).
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  
• Familiarity with automation data analytics and programming (Python SQL or similar).
  
• Experience in project execution and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong communication skills to present technical insights and recommendations clearly.
  
• Ability to mentor collaborate and drive decisions in a multi-disciplinary environment.
