About the Role

This role designs and delivers the endtoend employee change experience across the organisation. You will shape practical tools resources and transition support that enables people to understand adapt to and move through change. Working closely with People and Change partners you will also build a scalable transition offering supported by specialist suppliers.

This is a 6-month secondment opportunity.

What Youll Do

  • Design a coherent humancentred change experience that aligns with organisational values and supports employees through complex change
  • Develop practical tools resources and support mechanisms that help different employee groups navigate change effectively
  • Build and continuously improve a scalable transition support offering including coaching tools workshops and selfservice resources
  • Onboard and manage external suppliers ensuring quality delivery and value for money
  • Partner with People & Culture Change Communications and business leaders to align change experiences with broader workforce strategies
  • Support leaders and managers with guidance and resources to engage employees during periods of change

What Youll Bring

  • Experience designing and delivering change experiences or transition support programs within complex organisations
  • Strong capability in humancentred design and employee experience thinking applied to real organisational change
  • Knowledge of career development career coaching and workforce transition practices with practical application
  • Experience managing external suppliers or professional service partners including governance and performance measures
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through clear practical and empathetic communication
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity supported by sound judgement and resilience
