Responsibilities
- System Short Circuit Studies
- Relay Coordination Studies
- Load Flow Analysis
- Power System Harmonics Analysis
- Motor Starting Studies
- Arc Flash Hazard Studies
- Relay Setting File Creation & Analysis
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Working knowledge of ETAP is required.
- Familiarity with other systems analysis tools such as SKM is desired.
- 5 Years of experience in power systems studies
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
Education/Certification Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required
The salary range listed above represents base pay for candidates in our Oak Brook Illinois office in accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements.
Compensation for all candidates is determined based on experience qualifications skill set certifications work location and market addition to base pay Nexus Engineering Group offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include eligibility for discretionary bonuses and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) providing employees the opportunity to share in the long-term success of the company.
