Beloform Craft is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Event Staff member to support the planning and execution of events in Baton this role you will assist with event preparation on-site coordination and logistical support to ensure every event runs smoothly and professionally.
The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup preparation and breakdown activities
Coordinate with team members to ensure event logistics are executed efficiently
Support the organization of event materials equipment and supplies
Provide assistance during live events to ensure smooth operations
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during event execution
Maintain professional standards and ensure event spaces are properly arranged
Assist with general operational tasks related to event coordination
