The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads and booking meetings with U.S.-based manufacturing companies. This role focuses on outbound prospecting personalized outreach and consistent execution against lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based teammates and clients while following proven processes and continuously optimizing performance.
Prospect U.S.-based manufacturing companies through:
Cold calling
Email outreach
Research accounts and contacts to personalize outreach efforts
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales services team
Track activity and outcomes in the CRM system
Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and clients in English
Follow established processes while continuously improving results
Meet KPIs focused on lead generation and appointment setting
Advanced English proficiency (interviewing writing and daily work conducted in English)
1 year of experience in:
SDR / BDR / inside sales
OR outbound prospecting in a B2B environment
Comfortable with cold outreach (phone email LinkedIn)
Strong written communication skills
Organized reliable and coachable
Experience selling to or supporting U.S. companies
Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce Outreach ORUM Dialpad etc.)
