Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor

Work Model: Remote

Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads and booking meetings with U.S.-based manufacturing companies. This role focuses on outbound prospecting personalized outreach and consistent execution against lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based teammates and clients while following proven processes and continuously optimizing performance.

What Youll Do

  • Prospect U.S.-based manufacturing companies through:

    • Cold calling

    • Email outreach

  • Research accounts and contacts to personalize outreach efforts

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales services team

  • Track activity and outcomes in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and clients in English

  • Follow established processes while continuously improving results

  • Meet KPIs focused on lead generation and appointment setting

What Were Looking For

  • Advanced English proficiency (interviewing writing and daily work conducted in English)

  • 1 year of experience in:

    • SDR / BDR / inside sales

    • OR outbound prospecting in a B2B environment

  • Comfortable with cold outreach (phone email LinkedIn)

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Organized reliable and coachable

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience selling to or supporting U.S. companies

  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience

  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce Outreach ORUM Dialpad etc.)
