About the Company

Our company helps dentists get paid for the work they this $165B market our product simplifies the complex process of verifying insurance coverage submitting claims appealing denials billing patients and maintaining clean books. As a result of how complex this process is and how many things get lost along the way dentists can lose 1020% of their revenue.

What this leads to is the things patients hate about the American healthcare system: its inefficient unaffordable and just too d*mn confusing. We work with a lot of dentists and they dont love it either. Dentists want to treat you help you and see you smile.

We believe that by automating parts of revenue cycle management we increase financial transparency for everyone involved patients providers and small business owner dentists across America.

About the Role

As an SDR at our company youre the first voice a dentist hears from us. Youll be calling and emailing dental practices across the United States qualifying their pain around revenue cycle management and booking high-quality discovery meetings for our Account Executives.

Weve nailed product-market fit our customers love us our retention is exceptional and demand is growing fast. Your job is to feed that fire. Well arm you with curated prospect lists a sharp script modern tooling and a product people actually want your job is to dial write and book.

This is a remote role working US business hours.


What Youll Do:

  • Run high-volume outbound: Make 150 cold calls per day to dental practice owners and office managers from curated lists.

  • Multichannel prospecting: Pair calls with personalized emails LinkedIn outreach and creative follow-ups. Calls move the needle most but the best SDRs blend channels.

  • Qualify ruthlessly: Use a clear discovery framework to identify practices with real pain (claims denials billing chaos AR aging). Disqualify fast when there isnt fit.

  • Book quality meetings: Hit a target of 10 qualified meetings booked per month for our AEs with a focus on quality not just volume.

  • Own your pipeline hygiene: Keep CRM data clean and current. Log every call every outcome every reason. The data we generate today shapes the playbook of tomorrow.

  • Iterate on messaging: Bring back whats landing whats getting hung up on and what objections keep showing up. Help us sharpen the script weekly.

  • Be a teammate: Hand off booked meetings to AEs with crisp context. Celebrate wins together. Lose together.


Youll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 12 years of SDR BDR telesales or high-volume cold-calling experience ideally selling into US markets.

  • Are comfortable on the phone all day you actually like dialing you dont dread it.

  • Have a resilient mindset. Cold calling is a numbers game with a lot of no. You bounce back fast.

  • Are coachable and metrics-driven. You want call recordings reviewed; you want to get better every week.

  • Are proactive accountable and allergic to mediocrity. You operate like an owner not an order-taker.

  • Have a chip on your shoulder and something to prove.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling to healthcare dental or US small business verticals.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Clay

  • A track record of hitting or exceeding quota at a previous SDR/BDR role.


Working Hours

  • Hours: US Eastern or Central business hours overlap (e.g. 3 PM11 PM SAST) 5 days a week.

  • Location: Fully remote
