Role Overview
Were hiring high-energy assertive SDRs to re-activate a large base of warm and dormant clinic accounts. These are not cold leads - every account has previously signed up or ordered.
Your role is to:
- Re-establish contact
- Identify why accounts have gone inactive
- Drive them back to ordering
- Route qualified opportunities to our sales reps
This is a discovery-first role not full-cycle sales. Youll uncover insights remove simple blockers and tee up opportunities for closers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80120/day) to a portfolio of 1000 accounts
- Re-engage clinics that have lapsed (6090 days inactive)
- Deliver promotions and guide customers back to the ordering portal
- Identify key blockers (pricing product availability convenience etc.)
- Answer common Tier 1 questions (login help product info ordering process)
- Log all activity notes and dispositions in HubSpot CRM
- Escalate complex opportunities or objections to assigned sales reps
- Collaborate daily via Slack email and phone with the internal team
What Success Looks Like
- 10 reactivations per week baseline performance
- 2025 reactivations per week strong performance
- 100 calls/day with 35 meaningful conversations
- Consistent contribution to pipeline for sales reps
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Assertive confident communicator (not passive or overly soft-spoken)
- Accent-neutral English with strong clarity and presence
- Comfortable speaking with:
- Admin staff
- Clinic managers
- Doctors and business owners
- Proven experience in:
- SDR / outbound sales / call center roles
- High-volume dialing environments
- Strong discovery skillscan quickly identify the why behind inactivity
- Tech-savvy and HubSpot proficient (or quick to learn)
- Reliable internet backup power setup
Tools & Systems
- HubSpot CRM (primary workflow and tracking)
- Slack (team communication)
- Google Workspace (email docs)
- VoIP dialer integrated with HubSpot
- SMS tools (e.g. Salesmsg / Sendinblue)
What Were Looking For
This role requires someone who can:
- Be direct and persistent in conversations
- Lean in and confidently ask why a client isnt ordering
- Create urgency and bring energy to every call
- Operate independently after onboarding
