The job scope of this position is to achieve sales target with the sense of customer centricity. The products are pre-press press and postpress machines as well as the software and the consumable products of the whole process of Sheetfed Printing sold by Heidelberg and affiliated brands such as the CtP plates blankets rollers inks coatings solutions etc. The job roles include but not limited to;
- Collaborate with all parties to find out the sales opportunity especially with Products and Application Specialist of each products to ensure the Sales Target will be achieved.
- Drive sales performance and participate in any marketing activities.
- Act as the key Point of Contact and ensure professional proactive simultaneous communication with customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and understand customer needs and recommend solutions aligned with the companys products services and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Support Product Specialists in driving product growth identifying sales opportunities and preparing proposals and quotations that align with customer needs and budgets.
- Coordinate with Product Service and Application Support teams to ensure smooth and efficient pre- and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends customer behavior and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Attend product training and strategic meetings to ensure alignment between personal objectives and company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and customer meetings / events as required.
- Provide regular sales forecasts activity updates and performance reports to management.
- Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales account management or a related role
- Experience in the printing industry is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet/exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation presentation and analytical skills
- Able to travel as required for client visits and meetings
- Fluent in Thai with a good command of English (spoken and written)
