Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Finance & Accounting Manager to take ownership of comprehensive financial operations reporting and corporate compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive financial expert who can act as a strategic business partner drive digitalization projects and maintain the highest standards of accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Control: Lead the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure all financial reporting is executed with precision and strictly adheres to internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee comprehensive tax strategies regulatory submissions and ensure the optimal management of corporate tax incentives.
• Treasury & Corporate Secretarial: Direct treasury operations and monitor cash flow forecasting. Act as a key liaison for corporate secretarial duties including coordinating board resolutions and meeting preparations.
• Process Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of local financial workflows ensuring robust alignment with statutory frameworks and reporting standards.
• Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic financial advisor across departments delivering expert insights on accounting principles tax implications and financial health to internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit Management: Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors managing documentation and schedules to guarantee timely Group and statutory audit completions.
• Vendor & Project Management: Monitor the service quality of external shared service providers. Champion finance transformation projects with a strong focus on process automation and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
• 810 years of progressive experience in accounting taxation and financial management.
• A strong professional foundation built within a Big 4 audit firm is highly advantageous.
• Deep understanding and practical application of IFRS guidelines.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail coupled with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
• Proactive self-driven and capable of taking full ownership of the finance function with a solutions-oriented attitude.
• Strong technological proficiency particularly with SAP and advanced Excel. Experience leveraging data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
