About The Opportunity

Programmed is preparing for potential upcoming opportunities to deliver maintenance and asset management services across a large residential property portfolio throughout Greater Melbourne and Regional Victoria. These services support the safety functionality and presentation of social housing and community accommodation relied upon by thousands of Victorians.

The work spans a broad range of residential properties including community and affordable housing disability accommodation and crisis or transitional housing. Services typically include daytoday maintenance scheduled upkeep preparing vacant properties for reletting and targeted upgrade works to improve property condition and longevity.
