What Youll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy
- Experience leading residential or dementia care services
