- PalmPay is a Shenzhen-headquartered fintech innovator driving financial inclusion across Southeast Asia. Our Philippines team plays a strategic role in talent acquisition employee experience and HR operations supporting local value agility cultural intelligence and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Source screen interview and onboard talent across functions (Operations Customer Support Compliance Tech) aligned with Philippine labor laws and company values.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management: Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs; manage employment records contracts (DOLE-compliant) and offboarding.
HR Operations & Compliance: Administer SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG HMO and payroll coordination with Finance; ensure adherence to Labor Code DOLE advisories and data privacy (NDPR).
Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as first-point-of-contact for employee queries; support conflict resolution performance management frameworks and engagement initiatives (e.g. wellness recognition).
HR Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain HRIS (e.g. BambooHR or local alternatives); propose process efficiencies and documentation standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with managers on staffing plans succession planning and organizational development especially as PalmPay scales in PH.Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or related field
35 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment (fintech banking or tech preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws DOLE requirements and HR best practices
Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with HRIS MS Office/Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools (e.g. DingTalk)
Proactive empathetic and solution-oriented able to balance policy rigor with people-first judgmentWhat We Offer:
