Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in executing HR initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role will work closely with line managers to address employee concerns drive engagement and support overall business objectives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned departments

• Support employee relations by addressing concerns grievances and disciplinary cases

• Assist in implementing performance management processes (evaluations coaching and feedback)

• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring requirements and onboarding support

• Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures

• Assist in HR reporting and tracking of basic metrics (attrition attendance etc.)

• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications and Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field

• 24 years of HR experience preferably in an HRBP or generalist role

• Experience in fintech banking lending or financial services industry is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience supporting operations sales or collections teams

• Exposure to employee engagement or HR analytics

• HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is a plus
