The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible to handle all the day-to-day HR administrative activities of the company and provide support to a wide range of HR activities including indicatively onboarding and employee orientation coordinating meetings maintaining our employee database HR reporting managing HRIS posting job ads providing assistance to the HR Director and the HR Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the companys employee database assist in all HRrelated requests and inquiries and file and maintain employee records

  • Support the HR Recruiter throughout the hiring processby posting job ads identifying top candidates conducting reference checks and preparing employment contractswhile also organizing the onboarding and orientation process for new hires

  • Handle the timetracking process (attendance absences etc.) and the related reports that must be submitted to Ergani while also being responsible for all procedures of Ergani II

  • Schedule HR meetings interviews and provide assistance in organizing and coordinating training and staff events

  • Performs HR administrative tasks and manages related documentation

  • Manage all HR applications and systems which are being used by the company and liaise with the HQ to resolve issues or improve the relevant processes being the systems expert

  • Provide the required reports for both HR staff and HQ and ensure data quality

  • Daily management of the central HR mailbox

  • Handle grievances and complaints

  • Responsible for the Health & Safety procedures of the organization

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or another relevant field

  • Previous HR experience will be considered an asset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Solid ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking & analytical skills

  • Can do attitude and eagerness to drive things to achieve deliverables

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
