We are looking for a Partners Experience & Office Coordinator to handle front desk activities and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless daily office operations.
What Youll Do
Reception & Communication
- Welcome and assist visitors clients and partners with courtesy and professionalism
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and a positive visitor experience
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
- Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
- Manage courier services deliveries and shipments
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and partner records into the CRM system
- Manage and update CRM calendar activities including meetings follow-ups and reminders
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and across departments
- Manage the CEOs calendar appointments and all meetings coordination (room bookings equipment setup refreshments etc.)
- Handle correspondence schedule follow-ups and support daily executive tasks
- Assist other teams (e.g. Sales Warehouse HR etc.) as needed
Office Supplies & Facilities Management
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and consumables
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for ordering office materials (stationery coffee cleaning supplies etc.)
- Track inventory levels and control related costs
- Support basic facility management tasks (maintenance requests office upkeep)
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Bachelors in Business or related field preferred
- Solid computer skills (email MS Office etc.)
- Good command of English (additional languages considered a plus)
