We are seeking ahighly experienced Compliance Managerto oversee and enforceregulatory compliance internal policies and risk managementwithin our device finance operations in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will havedeep knowledge of consumer finance regulations BSP guidelines and fintech compliance frameworks with prior experience inHome Credit Salmon Billease or PayJoy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and maintaincompliance policies procedures and control frameworksfor device finance operations.
Monitor operations to ensure adherence toPhilippine regulations BSP requirements and internal policies.
Conductcompliance audits risk assessments and reviewsto identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate withoperations sales collections and finance teamsto embed compliance in all processes.
Stay updated onregulatory changes and industry best practicesand ensure timely dissemination and implementation.
Manageregulatory reporting documentation and liaisonwith relevant authorities.
Providetraining and awareness programsto employees on compliance ethics and risk management.
Investigate and resolvecompliance issues or breaches escalating to senior management when required.
Supportinternal and external audits ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree inLaw Finance Business Administration or related field(Masters preferred).
7 years of experience in compliance risk management or regulatory affairs preferably indevice finance consumer lending or fintech.
Proven experience inHome Credit Salmon Billease PayJoy or similar organizations.
Strong knowledge ofPhilippine consumer finance regulations BSP guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and investigative skills.
Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Strong understanding ofregulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
Ability todevelop and implement compliance programsacross teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Leadership skills totrain mentor and manage compliance teamseffectively.
